Visitors will be able to see the panoramic view of the Buffalo waterfront from the lighthouse tower, and hear sea chantey singer Tony DeCorse and the Fratterigo Family Singers. |
History Days fundraiser pays tribute to Simi's past Posted: 21 Aug 2010 08:03 PM PDT There was even more history than usual on display Saturday at Strathearn Historical Park in Simi Valley. The Simi Valley Historical Society held its annual History Days fundraiser. In addition to permanent exhibits including St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, built in 1902 and transplanted to the park in 2002 there were a number of temporary historical exhibits on display Saturday. |
